Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Order Picker/Packer to prepare orders for shipping and maintain accurate item counts. You will pull items according to requisitions, pack them securely, and ensure orders match requested quantities while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment such as forklift and RF scanning devices, following GMP and safety practices, and reporting any issues to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently and reports issues to mitigate safety problems.
• Operates equipment such as Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks.

They will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions. The picker/packer will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
