Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy based in Tampa, FL, seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist to review, verify, and dispense customized medications with precision and compliance. You will calculate formulas, inspect both sterile and non-sterile lots, and liaise with patients and providers to optimize therapy and safety.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Retail fulfillment experience or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in compounding.
• Understanding of aseptic technique.
• Familiarity with USP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Checking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Performing calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly
• Visually checking lots compounded in sterile and non-sterile labs
• Visually checking individual prescriptions to ensure color, consistency, and general appearance
• Answering and making clarification phone calls dedicated for pharmacists
• Offering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care
