As a Fulfillment Pharmacist at Strive Pharmacy in Tampa, FL, you will deliver exceptional care by reviewing, verifying, and dispensing compounded medications with precision and compliance.

You will perform formula calculations, inspect sterile and non-sterile lots, and work directly with patients and prescribing providers to optimize therapy while upholding Strive Pharmacy’s high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Experience in compounding and fulfillment in a retail setting preferred.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and USP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense compounded medications accurately.
• Perform technical formula calculations for prescriptions.
• Inspect sterile and non-sterile compounded lots.
• Collaborate with patients and providers to optimize therapy.
