Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Validate compounded lots and ensure correct dosing.
• Perform calculations to ensure proper ingredient measurements.
• Maintain inventory and handle product check-in/disposal sign-offs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and USP guidelines.
