Position Overview

Center City Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support prescription verification, compounding oversight, and quality control within our 503A compounding pharmacy. This role ensures safe, accurate, compliant processing of all patient‑specific medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions, compounded preparations, and dispensing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, USP <797>, and all Board of Pharmacy standards.
• Review and approve batch records, formula worksheets, and workflow documentation.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support technician workflow.
• Verify compounding calculations and ingredient accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with DEA, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with quality assurance tasks and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Florida‑licensed Pharmacist (required).
• Compounding experience (sterile or non‑sterile) preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.
