Strive Pharmacy is a patient-focused compounding pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment to join our on-site team in Leesburg, VA. You will help fill prescriptions with precision, support production fulfillment, and uphold exacting standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and excellent customer service as you contribute to superior patient outcomes and provider partnerships.

Qualifications

Completion of a GED or high school diploma.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Engage in our production fulfillment zones to meet KPIs ensuring patient care quality.
Process prescriptions with precision and attention to detail to maintain compliance and safety.
Operate within three performance levels: Beginner 50–100, Intermediate 100–175, Advanced >175 prescriptions per day.
