Qualifications

• Active VA Pharmacist License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Validate compounded lots and ensure correct dosing and quality control per SOPs.
• Perform calculations to ensure ingredients are measured properly.
• Visually inspect sterile and non-sterile lots for color and appearance.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and product disposal sign‑off.
• Maintain compliance with USP 795/800 and internal SOPs.
