5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations.
2+ years leading teams.
Proven record of hitting DIFOT and order accuracy targets.
Experience coordinating fleet drivers and third‑party carriers.
Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead fulfillment operations: picking, packing, and order accuracy across shifts.
Manage outbound logistics: routing, dispatch, fleet drivers, and third‑party carriers to meet delivery commitments cost‑effectively.
Supervise, coach, and develop three direct reports and the hourly team beneath them, including scheduling, performance management, and succession.
Own DIFOT and order‑accuracy performance. Monitor, report, and drive corrective action.
Solve operational problems quickly and make sound day‑to‑day decisions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant fulfillment and outbound floor.
Partner with receiving, inventory, purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders flowing.
Drive continuous improvement of workflows, layout, and labor planning as volume scales.
