Job summary

PowerPak is seeking a Fulfillment & Outbound Manager in Congers, NY to own end-to-end order fulfillment and outbound logistics. You will lead three direct reports and a team of hourly associates, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, coordinating fleet drivers and third-party carriers.

The role demands hands-on leadership, rapid problem solving, and a focus on protecting a reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, including fulfillment and outbound/shipping.
2+ years leading teams, including supervisors or leads.
Proven record of hitting DIFOT and order-accuracy targets.

Responsibilities

Lead fulfillment operations: picking, packing, and order accuracy across shifts.
Manage outbound logistics: routing, dispatch, fleet drivers, and third-party carriers to meet delivery commitments cost-effectively.
Supervise, coach, and develop three direct reports and the hourly team beneath them, including scheduling and performance management.
Own DIFOT and order-accuracy performance; monitor and drive corrective action.
Maintain a safe, organized fulfillment and outbound floor.
Partner with receiving, inventory, purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders flowing.
Drive continuous improvement of workflows and labor planning as volume scales.
