The Fulfillment & Outbound Manager owns end‑to‑end order fulfillment and outbound logistics at PowerPak's Congers, NY distribution center. Leading a team of three direct reports and their hourly associates, this role ensures every order is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, coordinating company fleet drivers and third‑party carriers to meet delivery commitments. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and drives the daily execution that protects a reliable customer experience.

The essential functions of this role include standing and walking for extended periods, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, operating material‑handling equipment, and working in varying warehouse temperatures.
