Job summary

PowerPak in Congers, NY is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate position. Shifts are 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at an hourly rate of $19.

The role includes order fulfillment, packing, outbound shipping, forklift operation, and using WMS/RF scanners to ensure accuracy and on-time deliveries. Requirements include at least 3 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, NetSuite experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required (sit-down counterbalance; reach truck a plus).
• Experience loading trailers and fleet vans with mixed freight.
• WMS and RF scanner experience required.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Routing software experience (building and managing delivery routes).
• Proficient with computers and basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Pick/Pack: pick parcel and pallet orders, pack outbound orders, verify with WMS/RF.
• Outbound Logistics & Shipping: prepare shipments, label packages, load vehicles, coordinate with carriers.
• Equipment Operation: operate forklifts and pallet jacks, report issues.
• Quality Control: ensure accuracy and proper packaging, inspect for damage.

This is a full time position from Congers New York. Hours are 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday through Friday. Hourly rate for this position is $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Pick/Pack

• Pick parcel and pallet orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for dispatch
• Pack outbound orders to company standards, ensuring product protection and labeling accuracy
• Utilize WMS and RF scanners to confirm picks and maintain order integrity

Outbound Logistics & Shipping

• Prepare outbound shipments including labeling packages and generating shipping documentation
• Load fleet vans and trailers safely, organizing freight by route, size, and delivery priority
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Assist with route creation and optimization using routing software

Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and stage outbound freight
• Maintain equipment in safe operating condition and report any issues promptly

Quality Control

• Verify that all outbound orders are accurate, complete, and meet PowerPak quality standards before shipment
• Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper handling of all product types
