Target is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in New York. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive efficient fulfillment operations across daily tasks and peak periods. You’ll coach, train, and monitor performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to technology, and the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time with variable hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience assisting guests and teammates in a fast-paced retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team toward consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experiences and uphold Target's guest service commitments.
• Lead hourly team members, provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure safety, food safety where applicable, and compliance with policies.
