Target Corp in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide a team in picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

The role focuses on workload planning, coaching, and process improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy and on-time delivery. Flexible hours may be required with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fulfillment Operations team to deliver guest experiences and achieve Fulfillment goals.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Observe operations and coach team to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and compliance while handling food safety guidelines (if applicable) and security processes.
• Oversee pickup and ship-from-store workflows to meet delivery standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while maintaining guest-centric service.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
