Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Target's service commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching and accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and drive results.
• Oversee safety, food safety (if applicable), and compliance in store operations.
• Support sales growth and store profitability in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure orders and fulfillment are completed on time and to standard.
• Assist with on-duty leadership responsibilities and guest services as needed.
• Utilize handheld scanners and cash handling as required.
