Weezie, based at our Austell fulfillment center, is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to own the post-purchase experience and lead a 50+ person team. You will forecast production, optimize fulfillment, and manage carriers, returns, and shipping promises across D2C and B2B channels.

You will build staffing and capacity plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-speed, high-quality order processing. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or ecommerce operations
• 5+ years leading managers and frontline teams
• D2C and B2B fulfillment experience at volume
• Experience with personalization/embroidery operations a plus

Responsabilités

• Oversee all fulfillment functions from customization to ship
• Lead throughput planning and ensure on-time delivery targets
• Own production and capacity planning against demand forecast
• Define standard work and drive ERP/WMS adoption on the floor
• Own outbound carrier strategy and shipping lead times
• Manage the returns process end-to-end and improve KPIs
• Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and leads with data-driven coaching
