Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• 10+ years of operations and fulfillment management with leadership experience.
• Experience interfacing with clients to address needs and issues.
• Knowledge of US Mail, Parcel, LTL/TL and international shipping.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution and fulfillment operations including staffing, training, safety, and budgeting.
• Provide leadership and management of operations teams across facilities.
• Review cost and activity analyses and forecast progress toward goals.
• Drive standardization in training for consistent service delivery.
• Leverage ERP/WMS/LMS to drive DC efficiencies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and work with quality for audits.
• Oversee space, security, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendor and client relationships and participate in pricing discussions.
• Budgeting, reporting, and labor/operating expense oversight.
