Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years of retail, operations, or fulfillment experience.
• 1-2 years strong leadership and team development skills, with coaching experience.
• 1-2 years problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 1-2 years strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• 1-2 years ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck certification or certification in progress.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and heights work as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop associates and team leads to improve performance, efficiency, and service.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow for pickup, curbside, install, gig, and delivery orders.
• Monitor KPIs such as SIMS accuracy, shrink, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly.
• Conduct daily safety walks and maintain hazard-free staging areas.
• Assist in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
• Operate and certify powered equipment, following safety rules.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership.
