Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking teammates for order fulfillment and customer-first service. You will pick, stage, and fulfill orders, validate items, and connect customers with the right associates. The role requires operating powered equipment and maintaining inventory accuracy with the Orders App and SIMS compliance.

Excellent safety practices, teamwork, and communication are essential as you support daily store operations and may be assigned other duties to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups.
