Job summary

Radial Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in the Burlington, NJ area to lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment environment.

You will oversee inbound, pick/pack, and outbound activities while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring safety and quality targets. The role requires at least 2 years in a management operations position, experience with process improvement methodologies, and a proven ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred / HS Degree or GED required.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.
• Execution focused and able to coach, mentor, and motivate direct reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team across inbound, pick/pack, and outbound shipments and inventory management.
• Ensure achievement of client SLA agreements and site quality targets.
• Develop and implement day-to-day operational strategy for safe, productive campus operations.
• Oversee performance management and development of direct reports.
• Drive lean process improvements and CI initiatives to meet KPIs and reduce costs.
