Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise lift and floor picking personnel with leadership and accountability.
• Manage workload and picking priorities using Wireless Workbench systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory picking and order fulfillment.
• Communicate issues and escalations across departments.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members; promote safety and organization.
