Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Must be 18 years old.

• Oversee site P&L and communicate with leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE regulations.
• Identify health and safety risks and provide coaching on best practices.
