Job summary
Safelite, the leading auto glass specialist, seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor to guide a team in throughput, quality, and safety within our fulfillment operations. You will coach, train, and interview staff, aligning daily activities with business goals while fostering collaboration and accountability across shifts.
You will drive customer-centric operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT/MHE standards, contributing to overall site performance and growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
- Experience with WMS/Korber or similar systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-driven roles.
- People-first mindset with a solutions approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to achieve efficient fulfillment operations.
- Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to develop talent.
- Provide direction to align daily workloads with goals.
- Foster a safe, positive, accountable work environment.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize site throughput and meet budgets.
- Coordinate staffing and resources for daily ops and special projects.
- Encourage cross-shift collaboration to boost efficiency and improvements.
- Oversee performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Identify health and safety risks and coach on best practices.
