Safelite Fulfilment is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Operations Leader to guide a team of Supervisors and drive efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations. You will align staff with strategic goals and foster an inclusive culture while meeting service requirements for field partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement across shift teams with a strong focus on productivity and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license with MVR check.
• 5–7 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software.
• Proven ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative team of supervisors for efficient fulfillment operations.
• Align shift supervisors and associates with company goals and strategy.
• Provide guidance and accountability to operational targets.
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive environment for associates and supervisors.
• Develop and execute plans to optimize throughput and meet budget targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
• Promote cross-shift collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with applicable regulations (OSHA, CDL, DOT, MHE).
