Safelite is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates, drive efficient fulfillment operations, and ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment. You will hire, coach, and train staff, align daily activities with business goals, and supervise performance to meet KPI targets.

You’ll manage staffing for daily operations, coordinate projects, and promote cross-shift collaboration to continuously improve throughput and customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check required.
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• People-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
