Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience at a single site.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with WMS software preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and MVR.

• Develop leaders by assessing skills and crafting development plans.
• Cultivate a safe, engaging workplace for associates and supervisors.
• Execute fulfillment operations aligned with stakeholder needs.

• Ensure OSHA/CDL/DOT/MHE compliance and safety best practices.
