Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead hourly team members. You will plan daily workloads, coach staff, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while supporting store profitability and safety standards.

Responsibilities include delivering consistent service, training teammates, and partnering with leadership to meet sales goals in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Lead a team of hourly members and develop staff through coaching.
• Manage workload planning and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability through efficient operations and service.
