Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Leader in Fort Worth, TX to manage staff, drive customer satisfaction, and expand our business.

You will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations, with a hands-on approach to improve productivity and hit revenue goals across the facility. You will hire, train, coach and motivate teams, enforce safety standards, and use data-driven analyses to identify and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or related field preferred.
• Established track record of ownership and delivering results.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.

Responsibilities

• Direct distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting.
• Meet and exceed merchant expectations.
• Manage performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data-driven reports to identify growth opportunities and solutions.
• Hire, train, coach and motivate team members; set and manage goals.
• Establish and enforce safety standards and compliant procedures.
• Share knowledge with other locations and HQ on best practices and opportunities.
• Ensure all receiving, storage, handling, and shipping meet safety, quality and legal requirements.
• Support adherence to SOPs and escalate product-related issues as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
