Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Worth, TX. Work falls across receiving, picking, and packing teams with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Area Manager and offers growth within a fast‑growing startup.

Shift is Monday–Friday 2:00pm–11:00pm; compensation ranges $19–$20 per hour with potential overtime and progression opportunities. No previous warehouse experience required, 7‑day training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No prior warehouse experience required; 7‑day training provided.
• Location in Fort Worth, TX and ability to work evenings as described.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new inventory, communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Perform picking to move products quickly and accurately.
• Assist packing to ensure quality and proper packing of shipments.
• Support other duties to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs and maintain product safety and traceability.
