Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day performance of our multi-node fulfillment network across La Mirada, CA and a 3PL partner. You’ll own fulfillment execution, ensure orders are routed and shipped accurately, on time, and at the right cost, while coordinating with the 3PL and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ecommerce fulfillment/logistics or distribution ops.
• Experience with 3PL or outsourced fulfillment partners.
• Hands-on with OMS/multichannel platforms (Shopify, ShipStation).
• Strong inventory management and KPI ownership.
• Clear communicator coordinating across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for Eastern-U.S. 3PL partner.
• Monitor 3PL SLAs and KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Route orders to correct node by geography, inventory, cost.
• Maintain routing rules; manage split shipments and backorders.
• Plan inventory allocation between La Mirada and 3PL.
• Reconcile on-hand vs 3PL inventory; investigate variances.
• Monitor Shopify and other channels; resolve syncs and tracking gaps.
• Review 3PL and carrier invoices; reconcile billing.
• Maintain the fulfillment KPI dashboard; review daily volumes.
• Author and maintain SOPs; supervise junior staff (Phase 2).
