Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor in Mesa, AZ to guide a team of associates and drive efficient, safe fulfillment operations. You will lead interviews, coaching, and training to develop talent and align daily activities with site goals while fostering a positive, accountable work environment.

You’ll implement operational plans to optimize throughput, coordinate staffing, and supervise performance, safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR check.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.

WhatYou’llNeed

• Mustbe 18 years old.

• Valid driver's licenserequired; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.

• 1-3years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.

• 1-3years of leadershiporsupervisory experiencepreferred.

• Experience with Korber or related WMSsoftwarea plus.

• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.

• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
