Job summary

Safelite, the leading auto glass specialist, seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor to guide a team in throughput, quality, and safety within our fulfillment operations. You will coach, train, and interview staff, aligning daily activities with business goals while fostering collaboration and accountability across shifts.

You will drive customer-centric operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT/MHE standards, contributing to overall site performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with WMS/Korber or similar systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-driven roles.
• People-first mindset with a solutions approach.

What You'll Do

• Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Fuel Health & Safety Vision: Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
• Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
