Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Eau Claire, WI. You will lead hourly team members, ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment, and maintain a guest-first service culture. The role requires coaching, planning, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and coach team members to meet service standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support sales goals.
• Manage order fulfillment and accuracy, including pickup and ship from store.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure safety, security and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store profitability.
