Job summary

Paxon, part of Radial, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse performance, establish KPIs, and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate shifts, and push process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations. A college degree is preferred; multilingual capabilities and WMS knowledge are a plus. This is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred; HS Degree/GED Required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Able to multitask and coach teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs and manage audits to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Supervise day-to-day activities; monitor production metrics and reporting.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet procedures and outbound goals.
• Ensure proper training and skill development of shift personnel.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Recruit, evaluate performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fulfillment strategies.
