Job summary

Paxon, part of the Radial family, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a multi-functional team on the 2nd shift. You will drive inbound, pick/pack, outbound, and inventory management while supporting continuous improvement and client SLA adherence.

You will coach, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensuring safety and efficiency while collaborating with leadership on lean initiatives and KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors strongly preferred or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies e.g., LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Minimum 2+ years in a managerial operations role.
• Ability to analyze data to identify defects and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own client SLAs and site quality/fulfillment targets.
• Lead daily operational strategy for safe, productive campus operations.
• Develop direct reports and manage performance.
• Plan and communicate shift directives for efficiency.
• Oversee quality assurance, metrics, and new tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across the value stream.
