Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in order processing or related fields.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and freight/LTL platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders from receipt through invoicing.
• Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, units of measure, and discrepancies; process orders and invoices in QBO and Salesforce.
• Generate shipping labels for warehouse fulfillment and prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and shipping."
• Maintain inventory levels and support procurement tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate returns.
