• Performance Checking: Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Process Improvement: Audit processes and lead Lean initiatives.
• Compliance & Quality Administration: Support initiatives to meet metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with directors, supply chain, HR, and ICQA to streamline operations.
• Individuals Advancement: Mentor associates and develop training programs.
• Talent Management: Recruit, develop teams and uphold integrity.
