The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and risk-control expertise, and partnerships with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to scale continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of complex projects by managing plans, timelines, and communications to ensure successful implementations.
• Analyze data and business trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and improve processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans to address escalated issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and drive business results.
• Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Promote adherence to company standards, ethics, and compliance while supporting a positive work environment.
