Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our Columbus, OH team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control and coordination with partner drivers to ensure timely orders.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and basic preparation of beverages per standards. We offer health benefits, 401(k) and paid time off, with flexible shifts across 1st–3rd periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G‑Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure inventory matches PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare beverages and menu items for all customers per recipes and standards.
