Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager at one of its California facilities (Stockton). This full-time, entry-level leadership role focuses on mentoring and managing a team of hourly associates on the warehouse floor, driving safety, quality and performance while delivering on operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree completed by Aug 2026.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Enrolled in or graduated in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous warehouse environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours and manage shifts including nights/weekends.
