Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience or training in supervising teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Shift patterns include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages; operate pallet jacks/PIT equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance and performance standards.
• Adapt to varying noise levels in warehouse settings.
