Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Valid USA state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly workforce and engage them during shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet business objectives.
• Stand, walk, and operate in varied environments; lift up to 49 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.
