Job summary

Amazon in Wisconsin is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of 50–100 hourly associates in a fast-moving fulfillment environment. You will mentor, coach, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on every shift, while ensuring clear priorities and strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or has already earned one.
• Strong communication and customer service skills ideal for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment.
• Coach and develop team members and remove roadblocks.
