Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to own the training lifecycle for Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping operations. You will coordinate scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining a strong floor presence to support teams and safety culture.

Reporting to the Learning Operations Manager or Learning Area Manager, you will ensure associates are trained, certified, and compliant across fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, GDP, and training documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development across assigned areas.
• Conduct remediation and retraining to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain training schedules with site leadership.
• Maintain training records, track completion, and ensure GDP/regulatory alignment.
• Audit readiness by keeping training records up-to-date for reviews.
• Use LMS to assign, track, and report training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure ongoing competency.
• Maintain floor presence to capture training needs and support teams.
• Create and update training materials to stay current and compliant.
• Communicate with Operations, HR, Recruiting to align training priorities.
• Engage associates to foster a safety culture.
