Job summary

McEvoy Ranch is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to coordinate daily shipping, fulfillment, and internal transfers in our California warehouse. You will guide Fulfillment Associates and seasonal staff, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped to McEvoy Ranch quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching others, promoting safe practices, and maintaining efficient operations with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years of warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day shipping, fulfillment, and internal inventory transfers.
• Lead Fulfillment Associates and seasonal staff in daily operations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and timely.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and support inventory movements.
• Train and onboard new team members and monitor workflow.
• Follow quality control procedures and verify documentation.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
