Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Buena Park, CA seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of 10-20 hourly associates in a fast-paced, multi-client operation, overseeing receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring safety and service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in logistics, strong knowledge of fulfillment processes, experience with WMS/OMS, and excellent communication, with a focus on continuous improvement and lean practices.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting fulfillment operations for B2C, B2B, omni-channel, wholesale, retail, or multi-client
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory, and SLAs
• Experience using WMS/OMS systems and operational reporting to manage performance
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving and ability to remove obstacles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality focus
• Strong organization, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
• Mention of MS Office and warehouse technology systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-20 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment environment
• Support multiple fulfillment channels including B2C, B2B, omni-channel, wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce orders
• Oversee daily activities: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, quality checks, staging, shipping, and returns
• Partner with internal teams and clients to support supply chain needs and service-level expectations
• Drive performance to meet productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and deadlines
• Monitor KPIs such as order fill rate, pick accuracy, on-time shipment, and dock-to-stock time
• Use WMS/OMS reporting to identify gaps and support daily decision-making
• Promote LEAN principles and continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment aligned with safety goals
• Communicate expectations and progress clearly
• Conduct performance discussions and development conversations
