• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings to discuss priorities and shift transitions.
• Ensure KPIs related to merchandise movement, service levels, accuracy and productivity are achieved.
• Train and cross-train colleagues; maintain a safe, organized workplace.
• Adjust staffing to meet department plans and close performance gaps.
• Support onboarding and provide guidance to daily operations activities.
