Job summary

The Bernard Group Inc in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to mentor team members and also handle the work on job tickets to meet specific requirements. This role operates as a working lead and supports production priorities daily with focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound customer orders.
• Coordinate with manager and shift leadership to prioritize workflow.
• Ensure assembly integrity through monitoring departmental processes.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements.
• Monitor issues and receipts for work orders.
• Complete and quality check each job per ticket specifications.
• Assist Fulfillment Manager with headcount planning for volumes.
• Learn existing equipment and train on new equipment.
• Troubleshoot production problems to maintain productivity and quality.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and complete tasks as requested by management.
