Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, coach and train employees for development and safety.
• Work with managers to prioritize and direct department workflow.
• Support a safe environment and maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure assembly integrity through monitoring of processes.
• Coordinate with production leads to align department workflows.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production needs.
• Establish open lines of communication with the production floor.
• Ensure training is in compliance and develop team skills.
• Pursue continuous improvement by monitoring efficiency and productivity.
• Occasionally step in to work on lines.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management.
