Qualifications
2+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, or operations experience.
1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move packages up to [X] lbs and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
Lead and support daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Supervise, train, and motivate fulfillment associates to meet productivity and quality goals.
Monitor order flow and prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines.
