Qualifications

• 2+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, or operations experience.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Supervise, train, and motivate fulfillment associates to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor order flow and prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
