Job summary

ShipBob in North Aurora, IL is hiring for a B2B Lead Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and packing orders, while maintaining accuracy and quality across shipments. The role reports to the Area Manager and requires a readiness to support other areas as needed.

Compensation ranges from $20.25 to $21.25 per hour, depending on shift. This position is on-site at 400 Smoketree Plaza, North Aurora, IL 60542, with a 2nd shift schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours.
• Willingness to adapt to changing processes and departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative team mindset and willingness to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: move products efficiently to the next process stage.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for shipments.
• Other Duties as Required: support operations to keep warehouse running smoothly.
• Maintain product safety, quality, and traceability through accurate records.
